Why we do it…

This all started because through trying to get renovations done on my new home, I found it extremely difficult to locate websites for businesses. Where I’m from everything is through word of mouth, one page Canva sites with broken links and little information, or only contact details in Google. Desperate to find a reliable service, I had to hire outside of my area for some tasks which I didn’t enjoy. It made me realize that there are thousands of small businesses, mom & pop shops or personal brands out there that don’t have a website. Some rely on Google business information or a social media page. But a website is always needed. It helps your business look professional and put together, helps you keep things in order and makes it easier for prospective customers to review, contact and support you.

There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. Seldomly do you find a designer that will do the work to make your site match who you are. Like most areas of design (kitchens, commercials, even paint colors), everyone wants to follow a trend. The most important thing is that your content is clear and confident. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now and put yourself out there.
