What’s new with Squarespace?

As we all know, the best part about Squarespace is that they continue to update their platforms and bring us new features. We’re excited to share with you some of the most recent changes that Squarespace has made, where to find them and how to use them (in short).

Great for contractors, interior designers, life coaches and artists. You can even schedule your proposals to send after a discovery call with your client! While not a new feature, they’ve now fulfilled a popular demand of the Squarespace community - carrier calculated shipping outside of the US. At checkout customers will see pricing automatically calculated by UPS, USPS and Fedex (and others) based on the details you setup.

  • Product dimensions - Go to Products & Services > Products to edit any physical item and add dimensions under the Advanced Shipping section.

  • Shipping - Go to Settings (⛭) > Selling > Shipping, select Add Shipping Option > Carrier Calculated.

While that’s not all that has come out and Circle Members have confirmed more is in the works, this is plenty to be excited over. As a member of the community these features are long awaited. We’re happy to see the product team paying attention and doing more updates on a regular basis. We’ll keep you posted as updates come and post how-to guides based on FAQs.
